References are often needed in a hurry; from a supervisor for whom you have not worked in a long time; or when you have changed jobs within the company. References are increasingly important for successful applications, yet the employer may spend a minimum of time and effort on the reference.

ARC Consulting will make sure you receive a reference that accurately reflects your performance and accelerates your professional career, with or without a reference from your employer.
References must fit.

  • With your reference, ARC Consulting
    • checks your reference for content, specifically job responsibilities, your performance, your behavioral assessment, decoding of specific reference language
    • checks your reference for appropriate formalities
    • will make recommendations for improvement into your document
    • gives you our expert feedback on your reference
    • in German or in English
  • Without your reference, we seek input from you about your company, your job profile and draft a reference letter for you.

    You have a Reference - This is how it works:
    • You email, fax or send us your reference to contact.
    • You specify how we are supposed to return our feedback
    • ARC Consulting will turn around your request within 3 business days and send it back with:
      • a checked reference for format and content - job responsibilities, performance, behavioral assessment
      • your original reference with our recommendations for change, right into your document if you want to
      • explanations on the do’s and don’ts in a German reference
      • Content in German or in English

    You have no Reference yet - This is how it works:
    • You email, fax or send us your request for a reference along with your own draft reference if you have one already.
    • ARC Consulting will email or fax you our questionnaire which you return to us. Contact.
    • ARC Consulting will turn around your request within 3 business days and send it back with:
      • a checked reference for format and content - job responsibilities, performance, behavioral assessment
      • your original reference with our recommendations for change, right into your document if you want to
      • explanations on the do’s and don’ts in a German reference
      • in German or in English
